Cupid's Wine

(For Valentine's Day)

Makes : 1 glass

Ingredients: 1 tsp borage leaves and flowers (you can use starflower oil in place of flowers and leaves); 1 tsp strawberry leaves, fresh or dried; 12 fresh strawberries; 1 tsp sugar; a squeeze of lemon juice; a bottle of sparkling wine (or non-alcoholic grape juice); ice cubes;

Method: Combine the leaves, flowers, strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add a small glass of sparkling wine. Let the mixture infuse for two hours. Then skim the leaves from the potion, leaving the strawberries in. Add the concentrated liquid into the remaining sparkling wine. Pour into a glass. Add an ice cube if you wish. Make another glass similarly for your partner. (Drinking this will give you a warm and tingly feeling all over!)
