6 kiwi fruit; 1 cup sugar; 3/4 cup lemon juice; 1 litre carbonated sugar; Method: Peel kiwi fruit. Place in a blender; blend until smooth. Strain mixture through a sieve over a bowl. Discard seeds. In a large pitcher combine sugar and lemon juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in strained kiwi fruit. Cover, chill. To serve, slowly pour chilled carbonated water into mixture. Fill six glasses with ice cubes or Kiwi Fruit Ice Cubes. Pour lemonade over the ice. 2. Black - And - White Cows: Serves 4 Ingredients: 350 ml cola, chilled; 500 ml chocolate swirl ice cream; Method: Divide half of the cola among four glasses. Add ice cream to each glass. Pour remaining cola over ice cream. 3. Cool Dude Drinks: Serves 10 Ingredients:
2 cups cherry juice; 200 ml lemonade concentrate; 300 ml plain carbonated or sparkling water; Crushed ice; Method: Pour the cherry juice and lemonade concentrate into a pitcher; stir. Cover and chill. Before serving, pour sparkling water into cherry juice mixture. Fill ten glasses with ice and pour the cherry juice mixture into them. 4. Citrus Power Drink: Serves 8 Ingredients: 1/3 cup granulated sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 cup boiling water; 1/2 cup orange juice; 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice; 7 cups cold water; Method: In glass pitcher, combine sugar and salt. Pour in boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and cold water. Stir. Cover and refrigerate. Stir before serving. 5. Layered Ooze: Serves 4 Ingredients: 3 tbsp grape juice concentrate; 1 1/2 cups water; 3 tbsp orange juice concentrate; 3 tbsp lemonade concentrate; 1 drop green food coloring; 2 cups carbonated water; Method: In a bowl, combine grape juice and 1/2 cup water; pour into 1 1/2 - litre baking dish. Repeat with 1/2 cup water and orange juice; pour into another baking dish. Mix lemonade, 1/2 cup water, and food coloring; pour into another baking dish. Freeze all for 4 hours. Break up ice mixtures. Scoop 1/4 of the grape juice mixture into four small chilled glasses. Then add 1/4 of the lemonade mixture. Finally, add 1/4 of the orange juice mixture.
