Fill deflated balloons with large spoonfuls of confetti by inserting a funnel into the mouth of each balloon and sliding the confetti inside. Fill balloons with helium. Tie the balloons with colorful ribbon and let them float up to the ceiling. At midnight, pull down a balloon and pop it.

1.Your front walkway: You can keep Floral arrangements and stringed lights, bunches of balloons in the main walkway to greet your guests. 2.Your front Entrance / Door: A large bouquet of evergreen decorated with nuts, apples, raffia, and ribbon spiced up with cinnamon sticks and cloves makes a different statement than the usual wreath. 3.Table Decorations: If you are planning a sit down dinner, avoid having tall centrepieces.Use neutral / White table cloths and experiment with different China, and small centerpieces to add extra colour. 4.Stairways: Stairways may be decorated with wreaths or lights at strategic positions.New Year Stars and balls also can be used.
