1.Fruity Rum Punch:
Ingredients:
0.75 Shot Woods 100 Dark Rum; 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters; 0.75 Shots Orange Juice; 0.5 Shot Lemon Juice; 0.5 tsp Sugar;
Method:
Half fill glass with crushed ice. Build ingredients in glass in above order. Mix with a muddling spoon. Garnish with a wedge of orange if desired.

2.Champagne Screw(Makes 2 servings):
Ingredients:
1 ounce vodka; 4 ounces orange juice; 4 ounces champagne;
Method:
Mix in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.Strain.

3.Tequila Mockingbird:
Ingredients:
1 measure Tequila; 1 measure freshly squeezed lime; 1 measure mint cream; Caster sugar to taste;
Method:
Shake together and serve in Martini glass. Serve with slice of lime.

4.Margarita:
Ingredients:
2oz Tequila; ½oz Triple Sec; ½oz simple sugars or gomme; Juice of ½ lime;
Method:
Shaken and poured over crushed ice. Served in a salted glass.

5.Ginger Blues:
Ingredients:
1 Shot De Kuyper Kirsch; 1 Shot De Kuyper Blue Curacao; Top Up Ginger Ale; 0.5 Shot Lemon Juice;
Method:
Shake together the De Kuyper Blue Curaçao, De Kuyper Kirsch and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a highball glass half filled with cubed ice. Top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a couple of black cherries to rest on top of the drink. Spicy ginger flavours mix with citrus fruit and cherry.
