6.Royale Martini:
Ingredients:
1.5 shots Russian Standard Vodka; 0.5 shot De Kuyper Crème De Cassis; Top Up Champagne;
Method:
Stir the Russian Standard Vodka and De Kuyper Crème De Cassis together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Top up with Brut (Dry) Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

7.French Revolution:
Ingredients:
1 ounce brandy; ½ ounce Framboise; 4 ounces Champagne;
Method:
Mix gently and serve in a champagne flute.

8.Pink Gin:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin; 3-4 dashes Angostura bitters;
Method:
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

9.Champagne Cocktail:
Ingredients:
1 sugar cube; 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters; Champagne; 1 oz brandy; orange slice for garnish; maraschino cherry for garnish;
Method:
Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a Champagne flute. Use the dashes of Angostura bitters to saturate the sugar cube. Pour Champagne into the flute. Add the brandy. Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.

10.Fiery Cocktail:
Ingredients:
1 oz. Level Vodka; 1/2 oz. triple sec; 3/4 oz. pomegranate juice; 1 1/2 oz. brut champagne; pomegranate seeds;
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir briefly and pour into a champagne flute. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
