Method:
Cover your work surface with newspaper. Remove the glass and the frame backing from the frame before painting. Paint the entire frame (top and sides) with a generous coat of the red paint. Let dry completely. Add a second coat if necessary. Let dry. Select the adhesive foam letters to spell "I LOVE YOU" and arrange them on the frame. When you are satisfied with the arrangement, peel the backing off of the adhesive letters one at a time and press them back into place. You can readjust them if necessary because the adhesive doesn't stick permanently immediately. Add a photo of you and your boyfriend to the frame. Laminate if necessary.

Collect Love poems with which you can relate to, and print them. Cut them out in heart shapes and paste them onto identical bigger heart cut outs. Punch holes on the sides of the pages and tie them up with a ribbon. Address the poems to your sweetheart and sign off at the end with your name.
