Natures Prescriptions For Common Ailments Skin Disorders: Steam from strawberry leaves boiled in water on the affected area. Instead of soap,pat(not rub)lemon juice on the affected area.Eat plenty of cabbage,cauliflower and cucumber. Drink juice of apple,apricots,kiwi fruits,lemon,raspberries and strawberries.Do a juice fast once a week. Avoid alcohol,caffeine,butter,eggs,pineapple,fried foods and sugar.
