By Bus: Direct buses from some of the major cities are available to Bali, like Java and Lombok and the fares are cheap including the journey necessary via a ferry to Bali , however it can be tiring to travel this way as the time taken to travel is around 25 hours The bus terminal in Jakarta is called Pulo Gadung terminal and the terminal at which the bus arrives in Depansar is called Ubung terminal, and the terminal at Surabaya is called Bungurasih terminal.
By Ferry: Many ferries from Gilimanuk at the west of Bali which is the main port for traffic in Java and can be reached through the National Park in Senjara and also from Negara after which these ferries go to Ketapang Port in Java. This Gilimanuk Beach is a connection between Bali and the other Indonesian Islands in the west, and the journey via a ferry takes almost around 30 minutes. Ferry services are also available from the port in Padangbai to Lembar, in Lombok on the East , every few hours and crossings take just over 3 hours.
