Las Vegas-Travellers Paradise

Nightlife:
Vegas heats up when the sun goes down. The Strip is ablaze with neon, each resort trying to top the next with its promise of high-octane fun. Headline entertainment is second only to gambling in the number of visitors it attracts to Las Vegas. If you'd rather dance the night away or settle into a cozy after-hours lair, this town will satisfy, as it's fueled into the wee hours by every imaginable type of bar, lounge, pub, saloon and nightclub. The odds of having a good time are definitely in your favor.
1.Entertainment/Shows:Entertainment is big business in Las Vegas with each of the major casinos offering one or more nightly shows. Some of the productions are spectacular extravaganzas with top quality talent including world famous singers, dancers and comedy acts. Compared to Broadway, Las Vegas is usually considered to be less serious but more glamorous, glitzy and spectacular. Originally, Las Vegas shows were known for their sexy productions with scantily-clad dancers, ribald comedy and bawdy acts.
2.Nightclubs:The club scene has become an increasingly popular aspect of Vegas' nightlife in recent years. After-hours nightspots cater to the over-21 crowd, and some never close. Many of them have dress codes.
3.Bars And Lounges:There are plenty of bars and lounges which also provide other entertainments like dance shows, live music, Piano recitals and more.
4.Showroom Entertainment:From Frank Sinatra to Debbie Reynolds, Vegas has never lacked for star power. While singers, comedians, magicians, impressionists and Elvis impersonators abound, and glitzy revues with elaborate sets and costumes are evergreen, the latest trend is the importation of Broadway shows.
