London is a perfect family destination, it offers entertainment for all ages.The Kids also have numerous options, from imaginative Theme Parks , to children shows, Museums, Zoos.

D.Alton Towers: Regular theme park goers in Britain would probably vote Alton Towers the country's biggest and best. It boasts some of the world's scariest rides and is set in some of England's most beautiful countryside. Worth the three hour drive from London.

A.The Unicorn Theatre opened in December 2005, and is the first ever purpose built professional theatre for children in the UK. Unicorn Family Days are for the whole family and include a workshop, tickets to see the performance, light refreshments, and the chance to meet the cast after the show.
B.The London Westend Theatre also has shows for children like Disney’s Lion King, Mary Poppins, Mamma Mia etc.
C.Take the kids to a puppet show at the Little Angel Theatre. The nearest tube stations are Angel Northern Line, and Highbury and Islington Victoria Line.
D.Enjoy the scenic nightlife in Piccadilly Circus, which is likened to the Times Square of England.

A.Harrods in Knightsbridge is unique, its toy area is no different. If you need an excuse to go shopping why not treat the kids to the toy floor at Harrods.
B.A specialist major toy shop also exists in Regent Street called Hamleys.

A.London's Main Zoo is just north of the central area at the top of Regents Park. The London Zoo is a substantial, modern zoo. All the animals are there that you would expect and of course children are particularly catered for.
B.London Aquarium: Dive down deep beneath the Thames and submerge yourself in one of Europe's largest displays of aquatic life. Opposite Big Ben, the London Aquarium is the only place in the capital where you can come face-to-face with two-metre long sharks. Also discover the world's most venomous fish, gaze at the mysterious seahorses and meet our frenzied piranhas. Friendly rays are waiting to be stroked, while those brave enough can even touch our starfish and crabs.

D.Take the family and have a picnic in Battersea Park. Battersea Park is situated in London, just a couple of miles south of Marble Arch.The most obvious wildlife in the Park are the birds living on or around the lake. While feeding the ducks you will often see Herons, Cormorants and Grebes. These are just a few of the many types of bird commonly seen in the Park.
E.Pay tribute to the late princess Diana by visiting the Diana Memorial Playground where you can dash by teepees, see a pirate ship, and then enjoy a light meal at a cafe.
F.Feed the ducks at St. James's Park.
G.Delight in the Peter Pan statue at the Kensington Gardens, next to Hyde Park.

A.The Science Museum: The Science Museum contains more than 10,000 exhibits from the nation's collection ranging from the Panhard et Lavassor car to the Apollo 10 Command module. Find out about the science behind crime detection, spying and security.
B.The Natural History Museum: Walking into this wonderful museum's cavernous hall that houses a huge Brontosaurus fossil is one of the standout memories of many a childhood, and just a corridor away there's the only slightly less inspiring thrill of the Blue Whale room.

D.If you're in London with your kids at a weekend, be sure to check out The Design Museum, which regularly has Sunday events for children from 6 to 12 years old.
